In the heart of the country of hops, in the middle of green and peaceful surroundings, restaurant De Kring has been tending to a refined culinary ambiance for more than 35 years. The enjoyable establishment in Poperinge recently renovated its interior.

Regional dishes

Restaurant De Kring is an excellent departure point for anyone who loves combining savoir vivre with unaffected romance. Our restaurant succeeds in linking refined seasonal regional dishes such as hop sprouts, homemade ‘hennepot’ – our specialty, codfish ‘aan de schreve’, ‘standevleesch’ from Poperinge and Mazarin cake with a selection of culinary surprises.

Capacity

Our large banquet room can accommodate up to 220 people and focuses on enjoyment in all its aspects. A number of smaller rooms are available for family dinners as well. De Kring offers excellent culinary quality and a wonderful place of residence for a trip through our ‘Flanders Fields’.
